Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timeline for Custom Orders: Custom orders typically take 60–90 days to arrive. Delivery times can vary significantly based on location and delivery partner schedules.
  • In-Stock Models: Delivery times for in-stock vehicles vary widely. While some orders arrive within five days, others may take up to five weeks. Delivery times heavily depend on the destination, and we have no control over external shipping delays.
  • Expedited Shipping Regions: As a general guideline, customers in California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado can expect delivery within approximately two weeks for in-stock models.

Return Policy

Return Window and Criteria

  • Return Decision Period: Customers have 72 hours from the time of delivery to decide if they wish to return the vehicle.
  • Condition Requirement: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.

Return Process

  1. Return Location: All returns must be brought back to our Sonoma, CA location.
    • Customers may bring the vehicle directly or arrange and pay for transportation back to Sonoma.
  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will apply as follows:
    • Vehicles under $5,000: $175 restocking fee.
    • Vehicles over $5,000: $350 restocking fee.

Warranty

  • One-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All new PushPak Motors vehicles come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

By purchasing a vehicle from PushPak Motors, customers agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Shipping and Return Policy.
