Warranty Information

Coverage Summary:

• 3 Years: Lift frame and spreader bar
• 2 Years: Actuator, pendant, charger, control box, casters (excluding tread), and weigh scale
• 1 Year: Battery
• 6 Months: Reusable slings

Conditions:
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase and serial number are required. Prior Return Authorization (RA) is mandatory for claims. Freight charges and advance replacements are not covered. Warranty is void for damage from misuse, poor maintenance, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Disposable slings are single-use and non-washable.
