Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage:

• 3 Years: Frame and spreader bar
• 2 Years: Actuator, pendant, control box, charger, casters (excluding tread), and weigh scale
• 1 Year: Battery or hydraulic pump
• 6 Months: Reusable fabric slings

Conditions:
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. All claims must include proof of purchase and product serial number. Prior Return Authorization (RA) is required. Freight costs and advance replacement policies are the responsibility of the dealer. Warranty is void if the product has been misused, poorly maintained, modified, or damaged due to wear and tear or neglect. Disposable slings are not covered under regular warranty if laundered or reused.
